My journey with energy healing began in 2016. By 2019 I had completed a double Usui Reiki Masters certification. Since then, I have trained in various modalities of bodywork, somatic trauma release, Access Consciousness BAR’s, Hopi ear candling, Indian head massage and intuitive/ mediumship development.
Some of the tools I use during a session are (auric) scanning, muscle testing, emotion code - magnetic therapy, grounding techniques, meridian flow, dowsing (pendulum-copper rods), EFT (tapping), colour and crystal therapy, somatic release and balancing of the energy systems.
Using guided imagery and intuitively led techniques each session offers a variety of healing and insight. Ranging from personal guidance, connection to inner wisdom and intuition, clarity of purpose and support of the energy body to calming the nervous system, releasing stagnant energies from the body, relaxation, increased wellbeing and vitality.
